February food holidays – beyond Valentine’s Day chocolates

With only twenty-eight (sometimes twenty-nine) days, February may be the shortest month in the calendar year, but it is packed with a great abundance of delicious food holidays. From peppermint patties and pork rind to pistachios and Pisco sours, February’s food holidays are much more than the (admittedly delicious) chocolates at Valentine’s Day.
