Lemon pepper is delicious on meats (particularly chicken) and pasta, although it was originally used primarily for fish. Sprinkle on 1-2 tsp. lemon pepper per pound of chicken or filleted fish, before breading if desired. Great for turkey or duck breast, pork roast, chops or cutlets. Lemon pepper may also be used in a similar manner to season tofu or tempeh. It's the best spice possible for scrambled eggs and omelets, and a must for catfish.
