Garlic and Black pepper. Itís such a simple, straightforward idea. Why didnít we think of this before?
AllSpiceís Garlic Pepper is a combination of ó wait for it ó fragrant garlic with fresh black pepper. Itís a great time saver in dishes where both garlic and pepper are needed. A blend of two flavors that naturally compliment each other, this combination is a wonderful base for nearly any marinade.
Thereís no salt in this Garlic Pepper blend. Itís not needed, because the harmonious pairing of coarsely-ground dried garlic and black peppercorns is more than enough to season meat, poultry, pasta, salad dressings, and more. Itís a perfect addition to steaks and burgers, too, and baked or roasted potatoes (or fries!).
We even like a little sprinkle of Garlic Pepper to add our personal touch to cottage cheese and canned tomato soup (donít judge - we treasure those memories of grade school). And tossing fresh pasta and sautťed veg with a little Olive Oil and some Garlic Pepper is our idea of a marvelous meal.
