Natural gray sea salt ("sel gris" - French for, you know, gray salt), traditionally from the coastal area of Guerande, Brittany, France, is "moist" and unrefined. We combine it with a medley of herbs that recall summertime in Provence: savory, basil, thyme, lavender, rosemary,and marjoram, into a delicate finishing salt.

French Provencial salt adds a perfect finishing touch to pasta dishes, and is a fragrant addition to your chicken, grilled vegetables, fish and green salads.
