Eureka Green Limonato
Eureka Green Limonato Olive Oil is a fused, or agrumato, olive oil. That is, it is an olive oil made during the fall or early winter harvest by crushing newly-picked olives with whole fresh fruits, vegetables, or herbs.
For our fused Eureka Green Limonato Olive oil, green olives are combined with green Eureka lemons, both at the perfect moment in the growing season to capture the most fresh, full aroma and flavor of each component. When these olives and the fruit are pressed (or fused) together, a more concentrated, very fragrant and boldly flavorful oil is released.
Because it is a more concentrated oil, only a little is needed in your seafood, chicken, salads, fruit, vegetable, and baked goods recipes.
Whisk Eureka Green Limonato Olive Oil with a favorite balsamic (we like Peach white balsamic, Cranberry Pear, Traditional, Raspberry, Fig), to dress a salad or marinate fruit for the grill. Substitute some Eureka Green Limonato OO in place of butter or other shortening in baked goods, for enhanced texture and flavor.
Good Eats: sauté shrimp, scallops, or vegetables, or to drizzle as a finish for grilled chicken or to add some fancy flavor to a simple grain dish or pilaf.
