3 Cups heavy whipping cream
1/4 Cup powdered sugar
1 Tbsp Vanilla Paste
1 Tbsp Honey Powder
In a large bowl, beat whipping cream with a hand mixer with a whisk attachment, or with an immersion blender.
Add powdered sugar once cream begins to thicken slightly. Beat again for 30 seconds – one minute. Add in Vanilla Paste and Honey Powder.
Continue to beat until cream almost reaches stiff peaks.
Enjoy with fresh fruit, cake, pie, or on your favorite beverage!
If cream falls with time, simply rewhip and enjoy again!
