This extremely simple slow cooker chicken recipe makes a big batch of southwestern shredded chicken perfect for tacos, nachos, enchiladas, and more!

Ingredients

1 lb. Chicken Breasts
1 Can Beer
3-4 Tbsp. Taco Seasoning Blend
1 Jar Salsa (Use Your Favorite)

Directions

Place chicken in the slow cooker.
Season chicken liberally with Taco Seasoning Blend. We typically use 3-4 tablespoons. Top with 2/3 jar of your favorite salsa and 3/4 can of beer.
Cook on medium heat for four-six hours (165°F). Remove chicken from the slow cooker shred it and return it to the liquid. Use as taco or enchilada filling, as a nacho topping, or enjoy it on its own!
